Dr Colleen van Laar, FRACGP
Colleen loves working with babies, toddlers and families. She is a mum of 3 boys and knows both the challenges and joys of parenting. She works as a GP and is an accredited NDC practitioner, she has also done extra training in mother and infant care, including Breastfeeding Medicine and Newborn Behavioural Observations Training.
Professional Memberships include ABM (Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine) and ILCA (International Lactation Consultant Association)
Dr Lisa Collins, FRACGP
Lisa is a GP with 20 years of clinical experience and is a mum of 3. She is passionate about providing high quality, evidence based health care in a non judgemental, supportive manner. Lisa has a special interest in pregnancy and newborn care for both mothers and babies, general paediatrics and women’s health. Lisa is an accredited NDC practitioner. She is currently undertaking further study in breastfeeding and newborn observation assessment.
Neuroprotective Developmental Care
Lisa and Colleen are both accredited in Neuroprotective Developmental Care. NDC is a holistic approach, based on scientific research and evidence base to bring a new way of supporting parents and babies. Much of our work and approaches are underpinned by our NDC training and the research from the Possums Clinic in Brisbane.

URGENT appointments - if your problem is of an urgent nature, please call to discuss this and we will do our best to fit you in quickly.
Please note - during COVID lockdown we will still be providing face to face care for those who need it; we may call you to discuss changing to telehealth if it is safer to do so.
All appointments are privately billed. Medicare card holders will receive a rebate on all in clinic services.
Initial appointments are 1 hour in duration
Follow up appointments are 30mins in duration
Gap fees range from $36.25-$89.50 depending on the service booked
We are happy to offer telehealth appointments.
These can be booked during normal clinic hours by using the online booking link or by emailing us to discuss suitable alternative times.
Fees - all telehealth is privately billed. However, if you have seen us face to face prior or your baby is aged under 12 months, you may be eligible for a medicare rebate.
Rebates may also be accessible during COVID lockdowns.
