The Fourth Trimester - Antenatal Breastfeeding, Sleep and Settling Education

Many of our clients tell us they wish they had learnt more about breastfeeding and settling before their baby was born.

Our group sessions focus on getting off to a good start with breastfeeding and introducing concepts around sleep, crying and coping with this new phase. These are suitable for couples from about 30 weeks gestation.

All classes start at 7pm, and cost $59 per couple. No Medicare rebate is available.

Thrive Parenting - Group Sessions for New Parents

Small group education and connection sessions to help you navigate the first year with baby and parent with confidence, in conjunction with Collective Wisdom and mother/me.

Life changes in many big ways when we welcome a baby into our family. Figuring out what works for us amidst a sea of information and differing opinions can often leave us overwhelmed and unsure.  

Thrive Parenting is about bringing together small groups of Newcastle parents to connect while sharing quality information to help you parent in a way that feels right for you.  

A collaboration between Newcastle Mums and Bubs, Collective Wisdom and mother/me, we are four local parents with 12 kids between us, bringing heartfelt experience and professional training to a range of topics to help you thrive.

Each group runs for four sessions, covering topics including baby sleep, play, adjusting to parenting and starting solids, with plenty of time for questions, conversation and connection. 

Book early to avoid missing out, numbers are limited to maintain the small group nature of sessions. 

Fee $195 for all 4 sessions. No Medicare rebate is available. All groups run on Tuesdays and start at 9.30am.
